Strategic Content Partner with The Dallas Arboretum
The Dallas Arboretum hosted an autumn event to celebrate Mexican Heritage and History called ¡Mundo México¡ We provided Video & Motion Picture Services and Still Photography Services on the opening night, creating a recap video for their website and social media. In addition to these primary assets, we were also tasked with creating evergreen assets that have been used in future marketing & advertising initiatives helping The Dallas Arboretum increase their customer acquisition & retention.
The Goal
The goal was to showcase the event, people, art work, and space while creating media assets that could be used as promotional & marketing materials.
The Processes
The process began with a discovery call to learn about the unique needs of The Dallas Arboretum for this particular event. Following this, we were able to put together a series of shot lists to create a visual story from footage captured during the event. The next step was distribution. The video and photos were shared via social media and their website to create hype around the event for next year.
The Outcome
After being shared to social media and their website, The Dallas Arboretum saw a significant increase in social media engagement & web traffic. A future organic marketing campaign also resulted from this project as The Dallas Arboretum will use these assets to promote next year's event.
